WBTF Freestyle Solo Education Program Information

ATTENTION:  ALL WBTF MASTER JUDGES! 

Attached please find important information about the new WBTF Freestyle Solo Education Program and Freestyle Solo Judging system which officially begins in 2026.

PLEASE NOTE:  All Current Master Judges with Complete Freestyle Solo Certification will receive 3 Years Seminar Credit.

 IN ADDITION TO THE INFORMATION ABOVE:

There will also be an online WBTF Master Judges Workshop in 2024 that will be held in 3 separate sessions on the following dates:

•  Short Program:  Friday Feb 2 and Sat Feb 3

• Freestyle Solo:  Friday Mar 8 and Sat Mar 9

• Freestyle Pair & Team:  Friday April 5 and Sat Apr 6.

There will be two different time options for all three sessions to register (making this course available in all time zones.) 

The information to register will be available on the website and in the TWIRLED Moodle Portal in the near future.    

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO BECOME A NEW MASTER JUDGE IN 2024?

Anyone new wishing to certify as a Master Judge must complete all required judges courses starting with:

• Module 1 (Technical Foundation Certification Training Course)  

  • This is a self-paced course and is available and open for registration in TWIRLED.

  • THIS IS NOW AVAILABLE!

• Module 2 (Basic skills, Standard Solo and B level disciplines) 

  • This is a self-paced course and will be available for registration in TWIRLED in October 2023.
